He saw a gap in the market for a company that could manage properties with better communication, stronger execution, and real accountability.

‍Shane Rollins, Broker and Managing Partner of SRE GROUP, brings years of experience leading brokerages, managing teams, advising business owners, and handling commercial real estate strategy. His background includes leasing, site selection, acquisitions, construction coordination, operations, contract negotiation, and cost control. Shane also serves as a board member for real estate education at DCCCD, where he provides industry insight for course curriculum. In addition, he has worked as a business consultant across multiple industries, including real estate, plumbing, roofing, construction, staffing, dental, and other service-based businesses.

Together, Shane and Markell created SRE GROUP as a new type of commercial real estate company. The company combines property management, leasing, maintenance, and construction under one roof, giving owners one accountable team instead of multiple disconnected vendors.
